External Sales Role D2D

Gosfield is looking for one or two highly motivated individuals to direct market our Internet, IPTV and Telephone packages to customers.  Your primary purpose is to drive sales and generate new business by directly engaging with potential customers at their doorstep. You will play a vital role in promoting our products and services, establishing meaningful connections, and creating a positive brand experience.

This is a seasonal job and perfectly suited for students who will return to school in September, or those who want to earn extra cash.

Job Details:

Meet or exceed sales targets, while adhering to the talking script, in an enthusiastic and positive manner.

Engage with potential customers in their homes or businesses.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers by establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and delivering a personalized sales experience.

Effectively manage time to optimize productivity and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

Provide feedback and market intelligence to the management team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of sales strategies and tactics.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with tact and diplomacy, working to find mutually beneficial solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.


Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales, is an asset.

Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and grow professionally.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Functioning mobile phone with sufficient battery/data

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation – Base hourly salary plus commission. Expense reimbursement for travel.
