Having issues with your connection? Sometimes simply unplugging the modem from the power source & plugging it back in will reboot your connection. (if you are doing this multiple times a day there may be a separate issue - give us a call to check it out!) NEVER press the "Reset" button on your modem - this will clear out any settings that are required for connection.

All named internet traffic must pass through DNS servers to understand how to be routed to their destinations. While using publicly available DNS servers (Google, Cloudflare, OPENDNS etc) are one option, every Internet Service Provider offers their own DNS servers for their customers. |
