How can I pay my bill?

Coming into the office: We accept cash, cheque or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We also have a secure drop box located at the front door of the office if you arrive after hours.

Online banking: We are available with most financial instituions. Just look for us as a "Payee". You will need your account information - every institution is different as far as information they require for setup. Please call the office if you have any issues. (Please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to reach our office)

Mailing a cheque: Please be sure to include your remittance slip from your bill. Mailing Address: 128 County Rd 34 W, PO BOX 130, Cottam ON N0R1B0.

Automatic payments: Automatic payments are applied on the due date, which is the 20th of every month.  Visa, Mastercard are accepted forms of payment, as is direct withdrawl from your financial instiution.  Terms & Conditions apply, please call the office for details.

One time credit card payment: We recently have added a "pay now" option to our website. You are not required to register as a user to use this feature but you will need your account  number and the name as listed on your current bill. This is a secure site & your credit card number will NOT be saved into any data base.
